Admin ASSISTANT
ArborPro Tree Experts is looking for an Admin/receptionist with at least 1 year office experience who wants to join our small office team!

Summary of office Requirements:
- Team player with positive can-do attitude
- Great multi-tasking skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing task
- Professional attitude and voice over the phone
- Type 50wpm
- Quickbooks experience helpful but not required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must have a Sense of humor or we will make sure you have one within a few weeks of working with us
- Experience with Word, Excel, Google calendar and email
Summary of Office Daily Duties:
- Assisting the office manager in all daily office duties it takes to run an exceptional tree service
- Answering the phone with a smile on your face, you are the voice our clients first hear
- A good, can do attitude to all employees and owners of the company
- Typing up estimates in an estimating software on a daily basis
- Scheduling estimate appointments on google calendar and in our estimating software
- Assist Salesman in daily clerical duties
- Assist owners in daily clerical duties not assigned by the office manager
- Scanning in and saving paper documents on a daily
- Getting crews paperwork ready for the following day or for the week
- Scanning in daily crew paperwork
- Excel daily data entry from various forms
- Clean the office daily and deep clean on a weekly basis
- Apply for tree removal permits with Cities and counties, post permit signs, keep a log of open permits
- Coordinate traffic control permits and schedule with the city and contractors
Summary of Benefits & Wages:
- Wages of $20 to $21 per hour/DOE
