The crew from Arbor Pro was great!! We hired them to trim a big fir tree for us that was VERY close to the house. They were so careful – we REALLY appreciated it! They took time to listen to our concerns, protected our property, carefully executed a great trim job, and then cleaned up! And they hustled the entire time with smiles on their faces! I stood on the sidelines, and was impressed with their teamwork and professionalism. I’m so glad we hired them!!
Wow, if I could give 10 stars, I would. Mark, Crystal, Eddie and Mac have made sure we never use anyone else. From start to finish they were amazing. Eddie and Mac came out yesterday and ended up being asked to do more WAY than they had originally anticipated, but never batted an eye. They took about 30′ off of two 100′ trees (right on our property line) at the bottom of our very steep hill with skill and precision (we now have our view of Mt. Hood thanks to them), did clearance pruning around our entire house (also on some very tall trees with acrobatic rope work) and then cleaned up better than we could have ever imagined. If you need tree work done, USE ArborPro. Don’t be silly and waste your time hunting around…THIS is the company to use! We had them out again this year to clear our “view window” and to cut down a few smaller trees…amazing, just like before!! We got a truck load of wood chips from them too! We met Adam this time and he was incredibly nice and professional! We love this company!
I was extremely pleased with the service from this company for exposing tree roots of a giant sequoia that were encroaching the house foundation,, then cutting the roots and installing a barrier. From beginning to end, every communication and interaction was professional and friendly. We decided to use Mark and his team after a bad experience with a different company. Mark was knowledgeable and straightforward with his assessment of what needed to be done. The office staff were great setting up the work. And Jorge got the job done thoroughly and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company!
I love the work these guys do. We had them take down some invasive Black Locust trees on our property two years ago and were impressed with their work so we had them back to service our big pines. Four of our trees needed some dead branches removed. All of the workers at Arbor Pro are professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, even though they do a lot of tree cutting and trimming, they truly care about trees and tree health and will be quick to prevent you from doing excessive removal or trim work just to make an extra buck. They are priced great and worth every penny we have spent. We plan on having them by to teach us how to properly prune our new fruit trees as well as any future tree work we need done.
We used ArborPro to trim trees and a laurel hedge at our house. They arrived on time, were very professional and did an excellent job with the trimming and clean up. I highly recommend them!
Arborist Adam was very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain what was going on with our sad cherry tree. In addition, the crew that came out to prune overgrown branches did so with care (and even artistry). We will be using this company again.
I just wanted to take a minute to rate our recent experience with ArborPro Tree Experts. As you can see I gave it 5 stars. This was very smooth process from the beginning to end. More specifically I would give high praise to Kris. He was not just genuine but also very professional. Kris and his team removed two big Douglas Fir trees in our back yard for a day. They came in the morning on time, were quick, and cleaned the work areas after themselves. Everything went as planned. I was very impressed with Mark and his crew. Within 3 hours of me making a phone call, Mark came in person to do the estimate and shortly after his crew came and removed a problem tree. Safe, clean, professional to work with. I have done tree work on my own before and have worked with other arborists – Mark earned my loyalty on this last job. I’ve saved his card to my contacts.
Very prompt response to our request for a quote and estimator explained all steps proposed clearly. After making decision to go with arborPro, works was scheduled for the next week. Upon arrival, John once again verified exactly what was to be done. Workers were careful about other plants in the work area, worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly when completed. Very satisfied with everything.
